1. Pre-Job Site Inspection

Ensure the work area is free from any obstacles or hazards
Confirm adequate lighting is available in all areas where work will be conducted.
Identify emergency exits and verify they are accessible.
Locate the nearest first aid kit and emergency equipment.
Ensure that floors are dry and free of slip hazards in the immediate work area.
2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Safety goggles are ready and will be used during chemical handling.
Apron or protective clothing is available if required.
Ensure line cleaning buckets with visual displays of "line cleaning in operation" are available.

4. Chemical Handling

Inspect cleaning equipment for any visible damage or wear.
Ensure hoses and connections are secure, free from leaks or kinks.
Verify that all tools needed for the installation or cleaning are present and in good condition.
Check that all chemicals are clearly labeled and stored properly.
Confirm that the correct cleaning agents are being used as per company guidelines.
Ensure you have adequate Litmus Paper to complete the job.
5. Electrical Safety

Identify and avoid any wet areas near electrical outlets or cords.
Ensure equipment is properly grounded and inspected for frayed cords or loose plugs.
Confirm that electrical equipment is switched off when not in use.
Verify that any extension cords used are rated for commercial use and are not damaged e correct cleaning agents are being used as per company guidelines.
6. Working with Pressurised Lines

Verify that all pressure-relief valves are functioning correctly.
Ensure that lines are depressurized before disconnecting or handling.
Check fittings and connections for leaks after reassembly.
Wear protective gloves and eye protection during any high-pressure work.
7. General Safety Precautions

Keep a communication device on hand in case of emergency.
Work with a partner if required by site policy.
Review all completed tasks and double-check safety measures before leaving the job site.
